It's official - kids think "canals are wicked"!

The younger ones enjoy feeding the ducks, looking at the wildlife and seeing the brightly coloured boats. For the teenagers, it's watching the boats through the locks, fishing, taking a boat trip and "chilling out". But don't take our word for it - get them out there.

As a parent, it's always good to know that the kids are happy and have plenty of attractions to keep them busy. Why not split the day up and take in the other fantastic family attractions on offer in the area?
